PANACOTTA STRAWBERRY ICE CEAM AND CHOCOLATE SAUCE

Soft dessert dish is sure to be tempting to look forward to . panacotta strawberry ice cream and chocolate sauce is sure to be the right choice for your dessert choices families make , dessert filled with chocolate and sweet pleasure strawberries filled with good nutrition , especially for young children .


250 ml milk30 grams sugar100 grams of white cooking chocolate , cut - cut4 sheets of gelatin , cold water soak , drain1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste250 ml heavy cream

150 ml milk100 grams of sugar25 grams of cornstarch15 grams of wheat flour1 egg yolk1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste100 ml heavy cream100 grams of strawberries , smooth blender8 drops of pink food coloring1/8 teaspoon strawberry essen

100 ml heavy cream100 grams of dark cooking chocolate , cut into small pieces

100 grams of strawberries , cut 4 parts50 grams of raspberries50 grams of blueberries100 grams of strawberry jam2 tablespoons water


How to make :

    
Panacotta , boiled milk and sugar to a boil . Add white cooking chocolate chunks . Stir until dissolved .
    
Enter gelatin . Stir until dissolved . Add heavy cream . Cook until boiling .
    
Pour in silicon . Freeze .
    
Ice cream , combine the milk, sugar , cornstarch , and flour . Cook until bubbling . Turn off the flame . Add egg yolks . Stir quickly . Turn it back on . Stir until popped back . Add heavy cream , blenderan strawberry , pink coloring and strawberry essences . Freeze . Blend smooth . Freeze again .
    
Chocolate sauce , heat the heavy cream . Enter the dark cooking chocolate chunks . Stir until dissolved .
    
Panacotta Serve with ice cream , chocolate sauce , and complement.
